What Goes On the Monty Deluxe

Seasoned beef, ham and bacon are layered over our tomato sauce, then onion, green pepper and fresh tomato go on top with mozzarella. The fresh tomato is added so it softens rather than dries out, and the peppers keep just enough bite after baking.
