If you have not had shrimp on a pizza before, this is the one that changes minds. It has been on the Monty's menu for years and it is a steady favourite with families in Lewis Estates, Webber Greens and Potter Greens for dine-in, pickup and delivery.
Ham and pepperoni form the base, mushrooms, green pepper and onion add texture, and the shrimp goes on last so it stays tender through the bake. Mozzarella holds it all together over our house tomato sauce.
