How We Build the Donair Pizza

Donair meat and onion go on with cheese and bake until the edges of the meat crisp. The moment it leaves the oven we add sweet donair sauce, shredded lettuce and sliced tomato, which is what separates a proper donair pizza from a pizza with donair meat on it.
